This is a great supplement for improving your horse's joint health and mobility.

If you're wondering what the difference is between this HylaSport and ReitJoint:

ReitJoint does not contain any flax seed (HylaSport contains 2 oz of flax per serving = 6,000 mg Omega-3) and is in pellet form. HylaSport contains double the amount of Vitamin C and Chondroitin, but doesn't contain any Silica or Collagen.

If you're unsure which formula is best for your horse, you could always get both and feed on alternate days! Or, feed 1 scoop of each.

Also, be sure and check out HylaSport Joint Ligament Tendon, depending on your horse's issues, that may be a better supplement. Or, one you want to alternate with!

Regardless of which you choose, make sure you are also feeding a complete multi-vitamin/mineral, like HighPoint, and probiotics. Sport/performance horses will generally utilize the two ounce per day usage rate for optimal joint support.

Horses weighing 1,000 lbs+ in lighter work/exercise or under less stress to joints may utilize a smaller dose of one ounce per day (one level scoop). This usage rate may also be reduced proportionately based on weight for younger horses, lighter breeds or ponies.
