Can be used topically for rashes, wounds and skin conditions.
Internally calendula is an anti-inflammatory, pain reducer, anti-pathogen (viruses, bacteria, fungi), increases blood flow to wounds or infected areas, and helps the body heal more rapidly.
Supports liver and kidneys.
Good for swollen lymph glands or congestion, swelling/edema, and skin conditions.
Useful for any respiratory or lung condition, congestion or infection, also for inflammation, swelling and water retention, rheumatism and intestinal issues.

1/2 cup comfrey (optional; but don’t use more than 14 days in a row)
1/2 cup coltsfoot
WOUND HEALER BLEND
2 cups plantain
2 cups comfrey
2 cups marshmallow
1/2 cup calendula flowers
